China Pearls and Jewellery City is a joint alliance by seven leading pearl companies, including Man Sang Group from Hong Kong, Zhejiang Shanxiahu Pearl Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Ruan's Pearl Holdings Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Grace Jewellery Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Sanshui Jewellery Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Tears of Angel Jewellery Co. Ltd. and Dexing Pearl Co. Ltd.

Apart from international jewellery business, the major shareholder of CP&J City, Mr. Ricky Cheng of Man Sang Group also possesses recognized experience in market development by participating in the project of China South International Industrial Materials City in Shenzhen. With a total planned site area of approximately 1.5 km2 and a planned construction area of approximately 3.3 million m2 , the city has completed and put into operation its Phase 1 since December 2004. It is positioned as the trade centre for a great variety of industrial materials across five major industries, namely the textile and clothing materials industry, the leather and accessories industry, the metals, chemicals and plastics materials industry, the printing, packing and paper products industry as well as the electronics industry.
